By: Jeff on 9 April 2020There is a very good reason that premium brands cost a lot more than this bicycle computer and that reason relates to their quality and reliability. My particular problem with this product is that the manual quite explicitly states that its range of operation from the sender to the receiver is up to 700mm. I tried various locations on both sides of the fork on my bike and swapped sides on the bars without luck. The computer wouldn't register a signal at a distance greater than 350mm. For this reason, it just won't work on my bike. I won't be returning this to the retailer because it will simply become the same problem for someone else. But I certainly would not encourage anyone to buy this computer. Look for a well established brand name and pay a bit more or alternatively, look for a GPS model at a greater cost again. You'll be a lot better off in the long term.
