Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Orders ship via Australia Post or Courier within 24 hours of us receiving payment (excluding weekends). Please be aware that delivery times are dependent on your location and distance from our distribution centre in Melbourne.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times:

  • VIC: 1-4 business days
  • NSW: 2-6 business days
  • SA: 3-7 business days
  • QLD: 3-7 business days
  • NT, North QLD: 6-10 business days
  • TAS: 4-7 business days
  • WA: 7-12 business days
  • Rural/remote destinations: 7-14 business days

For International delivery please allow an estimated 7 - 28 Business Days from the day we receive payment for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. All international parcels are sent via Express Registered Courier.

All items are securely packed in protective mailers or cartons. We do not ship to some international locations, see Postage & Payments tab for excluded countries.

 

RETURNS

All products purchased from Le Tour Cycles come with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty. If you should have any issue please CONTACT US and we will be more than happy to help.

All returned products will be tested and inspected for defects. If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.

All returned products must be in original, as purchased condition with packaging and tags attached. 
Returning a full priced item：Full priced items where full RRP was paid can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Discounted priced items can be returned for a refund less the shipping cost within 30 days. Clearance Items are not eligible for 30 days return.

Le Tour Cycles records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.

If the item is the incorrect size or does not suit your needs then you can return the item to us at the buyers expense.

Please note that if it is in need of exchange there is a $10 resend fee for postage
